How to read this comparison
We compare advertised prices for homes like yours in the same city, with a similar number of rooms and floor area. The typical price is in the middle: half of similar listings ask for more and half ask for less. The range shows where the middle half of those prices fall. We leave out unusually high or low prices. These are asking prices, not completed transactions; the dates show when listings were seen.

Common questions
How much is rent for an apartment or house in a city?
Choose a city and property type to compare recent listings. You’ll see a typical price, a price range and when the listings appeared.
How should I set a rent for my home?
Start with comparable homes in the same city, property type, room count and size range. Listings show asking prices, not necessarily agreed amounts.
What if there are too few similar listings?
The checker gradually broadens the comparison and explains what changed. If there still isn’t enough information for a useful result, it will say so.
